Description
Four cold-water fish species — salmon, herring, trout and white fish — for the cat whose biology orients entirely towards the sea. One animal family, nothing else, making this as clean a choice for sensitive systems as it is a complete one for cats who simply prefer fish above all else.
Salmon, Herring, Trout & White Fish (38% Salmon, 10% Herring, 10% Trout, 10% White Fish, 28.7% Fish Broth), Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Minerals, Artichoke, Mint, Schizochytrium Microalgae, MSM (0.1%), Glucosamine (0.09%), Chondroitin (0.03%)
Chicken is in almost everything. It is the default protein in commercial cat food for the same reason it dominates dog food — abundant, inexpensive, and easy to source at scale. For cats who have eaten it their entire lives, that ubiquity comes at a cost.
Food sensitivities in cats develop through repeated exposure. The protein a cat eats most frequently is often the one they eventually react to — and chicken, present in food after food after food, is one of the most commonly implicated triggers behind unexplained skin reactions, digestive disruption, and the chronic low-grade inflammation that owners learn to accept as normal.
It isn’t normal.
Four cold-water fish species — salmon, herring, trout and white fish — with no other animal family present. For cats whose systems have been quietly struggling with what was in every previous bowl, the absence of chicken is not a limitation. It is the point.
Every animal is an individual. The right daily amount for your pet depends on their age and life stage, activity level, current body weight, and any sensitivities or health considerations that make them uniquely themselves.
That’s why we built a dedicated feeding calculator — so you can find a personalised starting point based on your pet’s specific profile rather than a generic chart.
Calculate your pet’s daily amount →
We recommend beginning with the suggested amount and observing your pet over two to three weeks. A healthy weight means you can feel — but not prominently see — the ribs, with a visible waist when viewed from above.
If your pet is transitioning from another food, introduce Celtic Connection gradually over seven to ten days, increasing the proportion each day to allow the digestive system to adjust comfortably.
