We’re awaiting EFSA’s renewed approval for agar — as soon as we have the green light, production resumes. Watch this space.
Lamb and goat together in a wet food is uncommon. That’s not an accident — both are more expensive to source responsibly than the proteins that dominate most canned food. But for dogs whose digestion has always responded better to red meat, or those who have never quite found their food, the difference is worth making.
94% animal ingredients. Eleven ingredients in total. Nothing added that wasn’t needed.
Lamb & Goat (35% Lamb, 30% Goat, 29.48% Broth), Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Minerals, Cranberries, Artichoke, Mint, Schizochytrium Microalgae, MSM (0.1%), Glucosamine (0.09%), Chondroitin (0.03%)
Wet food and dry food are not competing choices. For many dogs, they are complementary ones — each doing something the other cannot.
Dry food provides structure, consistency, and the convenience of a recipe that keeps. Wet food provides hydration, palatability, and a protein density that’s easier on the digestive system — higher moisture content reduces the digestive effort required, making it particularly valuable for dogs with sensitive stomachs or those who need encouragement to drink enough.
Celtic Connection’s wet and dry recipes were designed with this combination in mind. The same commitment to ingredient quality, the same botanical philosophy, the same refusal to compromise — expressed differently for a different purpose. Lamb and goat in the can. The same proteins in the bag. A consistency of standard that runs through every meal, however you choose to feed.
Every animal is an individual. The right daily amount for your pet depends on their age and life stage, activity level, current body weight, and any sensitivities or health considerations that make them uniquely themselves.
That’s why we built a dedicated feeding calculator — so you can find a personalised starting point based on your pet’s specific profile rather than a generic chart.
Calculate your pet’s daily amount →
We recommend beginning with the suggested amount and observing your pet over two to three weeks. A healthy weight means you can feel — but not prominently see — the ribs, with a visible waist when viewed from above.
If your pet is transitioning from another food, introduce Celtic Connection gradually over seven to ten days, increasing the proportion each day to allow the digestive system to adjust comfortably.
