Description
Four fish species — salmon, trout, herring and white fish — exclusively. No mixed animal types, no ambiguity. For dogs with suspected food sensitivities, a single-protein-family recipe makes identification straightforward and elimination diets genuinely useful.
95% animal ingredients, meat-derived broth included. The same short, honest ingredient list as every Celtic Connection wet food.
Complementary pet food. Feed alongside a complete food or alternate with a complete recipe to ensure nutritional balance.
Salmon, Trout, Herring & White Fish (35% Salmon, 10% Trout, 10% Herring, 10% White Fish, 30% Fish Broth), Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Minerals, Cranberries, Artichoke, Mint, Schizochytrium Microalgae, MSM (0.1%), Glucosamine (0.09%), Chondroitin (0.03%)
Most wet food contains multiple animal types. Chicken and beef. Salmon and chicken. Turkey and lamb. The combinations are presented as variety, as generosity, as something to celebrate on the label.
For a dog with a food sensitivity, they are a diagnostic nightmare.
When a dog reacts — to itching, to digestive disruption, to a coat that won’t settle — identifying the trigger requires knowing exactly what went in. A recipe that combines animal families makes that process longer, more expensive, and more distressing for the dog living through it.
This recipe contains one animal family. Four species of cold-water fish, chosen because together they deliver a more complete nutritional profile than any single species could — but nothing outside that family, nothing that introduces a variable you didn’t ask for.
For owners working through sensitivities with their vet, that clarity is not a small thing. It is the entire point.
Every animal is an individual. The right daily amount for your pet depends on their age and life stage, activity level, current body weight, and any sensitivities or health considerations that make them uniquely themselves.
That’s why we built a dedicated feeding calculator — so you can find a personalised starting point based on your pet’s specific profile rather than a generic chart.
Calculate your pet’s daily amount →
We recommend beginning with the suggested amount and observing your pet over two to three weeks. A healthy weight means you can feel — but not prominently see — the ribs, with a visible waist when viewed from above.
If your pet is transitioning from another food, introduce Celtic Connection gradually over seven to ten days, increasing the proportion each day to allow the digestive system to adjust comfortably.
